**UPDATED CANCELLATION POLICY**
As we will be operating at reduced capacity, cancellations will be even more impactful on both the therapist and clinic's welfare. Your appointment time is reserved just for you and a late cancellation or missed visit leaves a hole in the therapists’ day that could have been filled by another patient.
Please give as much advanced notice as possible when cancelling so that we have time to fill the appointment. Our standard cancellation policy is that the fee of the appointment is incurred if the appointment is cancelled within 24 hours. Given the financial impact of the pandemic, for any other reason than sickness, our cancellation fee has been reduced to a straight $70* for the time-being, but is subject to reverting back to our standard fee based on the needs of the clinic.
*If we do need to apply the fee, it will be charged to the card on file, the most recently used one if you have more than one stored.
*COVID CANCELLATION ADDENDUM*
During the pandemic, If you have any flu-like symptoms or answer yes to any of the questions on your pre-appointment e-survey, which will be sent 24 hours prior to every appointment, please email or call to cancel. As well, if your temperature upon arrival is 100.4+, we will ask you to reschedule at least 2 weeks out.
Cancellations fees due to Covid related symptoms will be waived one-time as a courtesy. Thank you for your understanding and helping us prioritize everyone's safety.
